Location: Carrollton, TX (On-Site)
Pay: Range $18-$20 per hour, based upon experience
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Primarily 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Consistent full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
• Daytime hours (9–6) — rare in retail (no evenings)
• Work directly with martial arts gear and customers
• Team environment with others passionate about the sport

• Help customers find the right gear and equipment
• Share product knowledge and make recommendations
• Process sales and handle transactions (POS system)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store
• Support promotions, displays, and inventory tasks

This role is a great fit if you:

• Train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or have a strong interest in martial arts
• Prefer a stable, predictable work schedule
• Enjoy helping customers and talking about gear/products
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Want to be part of a team that shares your interests

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable using a POS system
• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
