Position OverviewThis is more than a remote role—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll work with union members who have specifically requested to review their benefit options. Your job is to assist them, educate them, and ensure they fully understand the resources available to support their families.
Your responsibilities will include:
Connecting with members through phone calls or virtual meetings
Coordinating and leading scheduled benefit consultations
Explaining program details clearly and simply, without jargon
Completing digital documents and forms accurately
Providing follow-up communication to maintain strong, ongoing relationships
Every interaction you have helps families feel more confident about their coverage and their long-term financial protection.
