About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated individual, who can provide world-class service, to join our growing Support team at Picklebet!
Key Responsibilities:Service customer emails and live chats with knowledge and efficiencyEnsure all processes and procedures are followed correctlyListen, probe and investigate enquiries to determine the customers underlying needsProvide empathy and understanding to your customers through effective communicationProvide expert advice and troubleshoot technology faults that customers might be facingBe the voice of the customer and recommend improvementsObtain customer feedback and collate with the supervisor team.
What makes you perfect for this role:Previous experience working within the betting, gaming or esports sector would be an advantage, however candidates with a genuine interest in customer service will also be consideredWell-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to develop professional relationships with a diverse range of clientsProven ability to organise work, meet deadlines, and utilise initiative, both independently and in a fast-paced team environmentDemonstrated work ethic and attitude which emulates Picklebet’s values of being adaptive, positive and innovativeExperience with Zendesk Suite, Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Suite is preferred but not requiredHave a fixed internet connection and suitable work from home set-upAvailability to work evenings and weekends.
