Job duties:

Defend companies and policyholders such as auto and manufacturing companies, and work on warranty cases.

You should have recent experience in some of the following:

Case management

Drafting critical motions

Developing written discovery

Taking and defending depositions

Participating in court proceedings

Trial and appellate experience

Areas of practice:

Toxic Torts / Asbestos

Environmental, Healthcare litigation

General Torts

Required:

Recent insurance defense or products liability experience

Must be licensed in KS, MO, or IL
