Associate Account Manager- Commercial Lines at Legacy Risk Solutions LLC – Gainesville, Georgia

We are a full service independent insurance agency seeking an experienced customer service professional to support our Insurance Producers with the sales and service of Commercial Lines Accounts. This position requires you to be fully knowledgeable of the various aspects, coverage, and needs of each account. You will need to become familiar with all carrier rating programs and underwriting guidelines. You will need to assist Producers with the marketing and placement of both new and renewal business. Prompt and efficient customer service is vital in this role

Responsibilities and Duties

Some of the duties include but aren’t limited to:

• Maintaining and updating client data base
• Verify Policy Information
• Verify Account Information
• Some billing functions & correspondence with accounting
• Process policy changes & maintenance
• Review and process audits and audit disputes
• Review and process cancellations and reinstatements
• Report and update claims
• Consistent activity log
• Maintain current suspense log
• Proficient use of Agency Management System & Integrating software knowledge
• Excel spreadsheet creation and maintenance

• Proficient use of AMS360 or Applied EPIC preferred along with working knowledge of:
• Outlook
• Excel
• Word
