As a rapidly growing social enterprise, we are seeking a curious, relentless, and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-performing Sales team.
This position is remote, but we prefer candidates located in New York or on the East Coast.Responsibilities:- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation by managing both inbound and outbound lead engagement through consistent, high-activity outreach in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage inbound MQL follow-up, responding within defined SLAs and prioritizing leads based on engagement and intent.
- Execute outbound prospecting to generate qualified pipeline through targeted research and proactive outreach.
- Engage prospects across phone, email, and LinkedIn, including cold calls and follow-ups, to book qualified meetings.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene (HubSpot) with accurate notes, activity tracking, and clear next steps.
- Represent rePurpose Global at industry conferences and events, sourcing and qualifying new leads, and contributing directly to pipeline generation.
- Qualifications: Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or 1+ years of SaaS/StartUp experience in a Sales function
- Lead Generation Experience: Proven track record in generating leads through a mix of inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting
- Communication: Clear, confident communicator across email and phone with the ability to build quick rapport
- Time & Pipeline Management: Highly organized and disciplined in prioritizing outreach, follow-ups, and tasks to keep the pipeline moving
- Initiative & Drive: Self-motivated, proactive, and hungry with a strong desire to excel
- Adaptability: Comfortable in fast-changing environments; adjusts messaging, approach, and cadence based on what’s working
- Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a highly competitive salary package based on your skills and experience. The compensation range for this role is $50,000 -$60,000 with uncapped commission.
