Our teams collaborate across disciplines to craft immersive destinations that spark curiosity and bring people together.

We are seeking a Senior Project Interior Designer with 8 to 12 years of experience who thrives at the intersection of design and storytelling. In this role, you will lead complex, experience-driven projects, guiding teams, and translating bold ideas into cohesive, guest-centered environments.

Experience in themed entertainment and hospitality is essential.

This role is perfect for a designer who loves translating big ideas into technically sound, guest-centered environments, layering materials, lighting, detailing, and spatial sequencing to create unforgettable experiences.

What you will be doing:
  • Lead interior design from concept through construction, shaping creative vision and project outcomes
  • Develop and present compelling interior concepts, storytelling, and design presentations
  • Ability to produce and document detailed interior design construction documents, including specifications coordination and integration across disciplines
  • Direct selection and specification of materials, finishes, lighting, and FF&E
  • Coordinate interiors with architecture, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive solutions
  • Mentor and support designers while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team
  • Partner with clients to translate ideas into thoughtful, buildable design solutions
  • Oversee interior documentation, detailing, and code coordination through all project phases
  • Participate in construction administration and site observations to ensure design intent
  • Contribute to project pursuits, proposals, and client interviews
  • Proficiency in Revit/BIM 360, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
What we look for:
  • 8–12 years of professional experience in interior design.
  • Experience in themed entertainment and hospitality projects required, though experience in other markets is welcomed.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate on large and complex project scopes and mentor team members.
  • Strong design, technical, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Experience leading interior design concept development and presentations.
