Position Overview
Pivotal Point, LLC is seeking an Information Technologist I – Information Management Officer (IMO) to provide desktop and end-user support in a Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environment supporting the U.S. Army Fires Center of Excellence (USAFCoE) at Fort Sill, OK.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day client support for Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, Access).
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues on-site and remotely.
- Perform PC imaging, configuration, connectivity setup, and remote printer/email configuration.
- Support users on Microsoft Windows network operating systems in a Microsoft Intune environment.
- Implement basic systems security (passwords, user/group accounts, file permissions).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues quickly, including from remote locations.
- Analyze and resolve general LAN/WAN/Internet connectivity issues.
- Document work in the Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP) or similar systems.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users at all levels.
- Maintain required Computing Environment (CE) training/certifications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; OR 3+ years of related desktop support or network administration experience.
- At least 2 years of client support in a Microsoft Windows-based environment.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 in a networked environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop, applications, printers, and email.
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN/Internet connectivity and advanced TCP/IP.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Ability to read, write, speak English and produce documents using Microsoft 365 at an intermediate level.
Preferred
- Current CE certifications for Windows/Intune/security tools.
- Prior Army/DoD IT support experience.
