Please review the job description below and let us know if you are interested. Responsibilities of the IT Support Administrator: * Provide technical assistance and support with computer hardware and software * Resolve issues for internal users via phone, in person, or electronically * Perform software installations, configurations, and updates * Automate computer installation process according to company computer specifications * Provide user training in various systems and mobile applications * Log, track, and follow-up with internal customers for solutions and satisfaction * Loaner computer/cell phone management * Create and maintain documentation and manuals * Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company * Multimedia conference system, computer Images, security patches, anti-virus and inventory administration * Selective meeting and trade show support (may require travel and extended hours if necessary) Requirements of the IT Support Administrator: * Mandarin speaking is required * Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science / IT related major. MCSE is a plus. * A team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills * At least five-year hands-on experience in IT fields including computer hardware/image maintenance, script programming, installation and configuration in Microsoft Windows client and relative servers * Solid experience and in-depth knowledge of supporting Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Citrix client, VPN remote access, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Cisco IP phone and video conference system * PowerShell script knowledge and experience * Knowledge in Internet security/connectivity and anti-virus programs. * Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, self-learning, self-motivate skills * Detail oriented and excellent customer service skills * VMware VM knowledge * Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) knowledge * Strong self-learning, self-motivate, and problem-solving skills
