Residential Aide in Lucerne Valley, California at Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare

Under the direct supervision of Shift Supervisors and Administrator, implements standardized behavior management programs for clients residing at Casa Colina Apple Valley or Casa Colina Lucerne Valley programs, supervises residents, providing a safe environment on a 24-hour basis and provides therapeutic intervention to develop and/or maintain functional daily living skills of the residents. Requirements include: high school graduate or equivalent, current CPR and First Aid Certification, knowledge of basic reactions of people with traumatic brain injury conditions, ability to practically describe behaviors which are observed in the environment and working knowledge of crisis prevention intervention. Must have a obtain criminal clearance from the Department of Justice before employment or initial presence in the facility.

The hourly range for this position is $21.00-$23.00
