DISPATCHER ASSISTANT 5 AM START TIME in Fort Myers, Florida at Forestry Resources LLC

Work with carrier group, providing information for achievable delivery appointments.

· Dispatch and assign loads to core carrier group.

· Knowledge of DOT regulations.

· Role model principle centered behaviors, including integrity, trust, fairness, candid and forthright communication and positive work attitude.

· Working knowledge and understanding of production process, materials, and equipment flow path.

· Understanding of all basic computer software, to include Word, Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Outlook.

· Be well organized to ensure the proper paperwork flow occurs: originating, receiving, issuing, and filing.

· Be able to perform all tasks of the pick/pack/ship process.

· Must have good people skills and telephone courtesy, as this position is the liaison between the facility and the customer.

· Actively support the policies and procedures established for auditor operations and continually demonstrate a high degree of ethics in all aspects of the work place.

· Actively participate in an environment where teamwork is valued and recognized.

· Have an understanding of mapping systems and the load dispatching process.

· Effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and subordinates impressing a “can do” positive attitude.
