Shift Leader at Mount Industrial Chicken LLC – Conyers, Georgia

As Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coaching, training and the necessary development of Team members to provide an outstanding customer experience at Church's. Duties of this position will include ensuring the effective operation of the restaurant, customer service, quality control, supervision of maintenance, administrating paperwork and preparing banking deposits. A qualified applicant must be 18 years of age, possess good communication skills, have a valid driver's license with access to an automotive vehicle, including proof of insurance during shifts, work a flexible schedule and have 24-hour access to a phone, able to lift 25-50 pounds, stand for up to 8 hours and use a ladder.
