Animal Transport Pilot

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Animal Transport Pilot to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting animals to various locations using aircrafts.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate flight schedules for transporting animals

- Ensure all necessary paperwork and permits are obtained for transporting animals across borders

- Conduct pre-flight checks on aircraft to ensure they are in proper working condition

- Safely transport animals in compliance with all aviation regulations and guidelines

- Communicate effectively with ground crew, animal handlers, and other team members to coordinate smooth operations

- Monitor weather conditions and adjust flight plans as needed to ensure the safety of the animals

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure the comfort and well-being of animals during transportation

Requirements:

- Valid pilot's license with appropriate ratings for the type of aircraft being used

- Minimum of 500 hours of flight time, with experience in animal transport preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments

- Attention to detail and commitment to safety

- Knowledge of animal handling and care practices is a plus
