Responsibilities
The main function of the role is to ensure successful execution of tactical marketing campaigns tied to overall NNA sales and marketing initiatives.
- Manage the execution of marketing communication plan tactics across all MSA business segments. Develop timelines, manage design reviews, feedback, and revisions to ensure projects are completed on time. This includes:
- Execution of digital content for campaigns and website properties, including images and copy
- Project management support for photo and video shoots tied to marketing campaigns
- Content creation for email campaigns, including writing newsletter content
- Support for marketing collateral (white papers, guides, etc.) execution
- Execution of content for online quizzes and surveys
- Social media content and community management support, including administering contests and giveaways
- Management support for the admin side of MSA's NNA YouTube channel, including creating and publishing new videos on the channel
- Support for event admin tasks, including organizing materials, giveaways, and shipping
Act as the content manager for all MSA blogs. Ensuring prompt and correct upload of final article content, including finalizing imagery, keywords, tags, and metadata. Managing editorial calendar and documents updates.
- Manage assets within Digital Asset Managment (DAM) systems. Ensure that assets are current and have consistent metadata, being sure to follow governance. Optimizing organization to make sure content is easily accessible; archiving out-of-date items; and, working with channel partners to ensure proper access and support.
Qualifications
Experience (required):
- Previous MSA experience.
- 1+ years of broad marketing communications experience.
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Extremely deadline and detail-oriented and able to track, handle and maintain multiple projects at once.
- A self-starter who takes charge and operates in a hands-on manner.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment.
Experience (preferred):
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems and Marketing Automation software.
- Ability to work with diverse personalities, backgrounds and experience levels.
- A working knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) system.
- Solid personal computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite applications, Adobe, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics.
