The HR Intern supports the Human Resources department’s daily activities and performs various administrative tasks. Under direct departmental supervision and following established policies, procedures, and regulations, assists with projects as assigned by department leadership.

Maintains updated job description library.

Assists with long-standing projects in various areas of the department (Business Partners, Talent Management, Compliance, and Total Rewards).

Schedules private meetings with staff for self-learning opportunities.

Active participant in required team meetings.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Adult Education or related field.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Demonstrates the ability to work seamlessly as part of a team.

Strong communication skills; superior editing, writing, and critical reasoning skills.

Excellent administrative and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail.

Intermediate MS Office skills.

Familiarity with HRIS a plus.

Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust and temperature.
