About This Position
The Performance Improvement (PI) Coordinator is responsible for supporting all quality, patient safety, regulatory and performance improvement initiatives of the healthcare system. Supports, provides data to and drives issue resolutions within the healthcare system and Patient Safety Committee. This position will be a Performance Improvement Coordinator, including but not limited to the Stroke Coordinator.
Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing; baccalaureate degree preferred. Minimum 5 years clinical experience. CPHQ certification preferred.
