Maintenance Technician at Greenhill Condominium Assoc – Wynnewood, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities: • The Maintenance Technician provides support to the Maintenance Team in all aspects of preventive and routine maintenance in order to keep Green Hill both well-presented and in good operational condition. • The Maintenance Technician will have general knowledge as it relates to basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry maintenance and installations. • Complete assigned maintenance requests as they are assigned. • General daily maintenance tasks and repairs on all common areas as assigned or as per the scheduled routine maintenance calendar. • Performing daily, weekly, or monthly inspections of the property’s mechanical systems, structure components and cleanliness of the grounds and buildings as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor. • Report any maintenance concerns for repairs in all common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor. • Assist management/maintenance team with other various tasks as required. • Be on-call for maintenance emergencies as per the schedule and respond to such calls in a timely manner. Minimum Qualifications: • High school or GED. • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in maintenance and customer service. Required Behavior: • Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery. • Able to communicate with others in a warm and helpful manner while simultaneously building rapport. • Able to work cooperatively with a group of people to achieve goals and objectives. • Able to be tactful; maintains confidences and fosters an ethical work environment. • Exhibit a positive and professional attitude and maintain professional appearance as outlined by the community. • Assist concierge as needed. • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in work performed. Physical Demands: • Physically able to bend, reach, and work in small areas. • Physically able to stand and to work on hands and knees for long periods of time.
