Retail Associate Manager (RAM)

As a Retail Associate Manager, you will partner with the Retail Store Manager to drive sales and operational objectives. You will assist in leading and developing your team, while creating an environment conducive to maximizing sales and service opportunities with existing and potential customers, all while having fun and delivering an UnCarrier Experience.

Responsibilities As a Retail Associate Manager, you'll be asked to: • Assist Retail Store Manager in all areas of the business, assume responsibility for location in Store Manager’s absence.

• Offer consultative sales and service on the sales floor • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals• Execute the processes and procedures that ensure that the "back" of the store works as well as the "front" from a customer perspective.
• • Cultivate long-term customer relationships with external and internal customers, employees, and business partners
  
• • Keep abreast of the rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology.
• • Assist Retail Store Manager in the Recruiting, developing, motivating and managing sales team

Position Requirements

• At least 18 years of age. • Legally authorized to work in the United States. • High School Diploma or GED • Pre-employment background screen
• 1-2 years of management experience in a retail or customer service environment

• Professional, energetic and positive attitude

• Ability to lead, coach, develop/mentor, inspire/drive results through others to meet store objectives
• Ability to analyze, develop, and implement strategic action, and take ownership• Interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to actively listen and provide value to interactions with both customers and other employees
• • Computer/Tech savvy required to navigate around a computer
• • Ability to make sound judgement, decision-make, problem solve, mitigate escalations, and find solutions

Schedule/Physical Requirements

• Work varied shifts, 7 days/week, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
