Required Education/Training: High school diploma/GED or advanced degree (effective 7/1/18, required for all individuals hired/transferred into the role)
Required Experience: Basic PC skills including use of the mouse; ability to click and drag and command of the keyboard; attention to detail; excellent customer service skills
