Human Touch/Capitol View is currently seeking a licensed Home Health Aide to provide quality in-home care for patients in Washington, D.C.
Please note: A valid Washington D.C. Home Health Aide license is required for this position.

What You'll Do: As a Home Health Aide, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients in their homes. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or therapist, you’ll provide essential personal care services, monitor patient conditions, and help ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide oral hygiene and back rubs Change bed linens and help with toileting Maintain cleanliness of the patient's living space Plan and prepare healthy meals, assist with feeding if necessary Measure and record vital signs (with demonstrated competency) Offer companionship and emotional support
Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older Current Washington D.C. Home Health Aide license CPR certification (current and valid) Ability to read, follow care plans, and document services provided Compassionate, reliable, and self-motivated Must demonstrate tact, patience, and good personal hygiene Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable transportation
