Skills/Requirements:
- Participate with sales team to develop solutions, assist in bid and sales drawings/layout, and develop unique, out-of-the box ideas for material handling solutions.
- Develop build drawings, work closely with fabrication shop on projects, validate customer wants and needs, maintain records and project storage in an efficient manner.
- Develop or improve upon existing products, systems, and methods.
- Take charge of installation of components and/or equipment by implementing products where engineering support is required.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, tests and measurement tools.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD required.
- Solid Works and Inventor is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in either automotive, appliance, or industrial conveyors preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
