As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient coordination and scheduling of various tasks and appointments, contributing to the smooth operation of our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Coordinate Appointments: Answer phones and emails, schedules, and confirm daily jobs, and inputs customer data into company system (salesforce).
• Communication: Communicate scheduling changes and updates to relevant parties promptly and efficiently.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of appointments, schedules, and related activities.
• Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts effectively to optimize productivity.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments and customers to coordinate schedules based on availability and priorities.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to scheduling inquiries and requests.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Proven experience as a scheduler or in a similar role, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of scheduling with Salesforce.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
