Job Summary:
The Field Service Technician will work independently, under the direction of the Director of Warranty & Service/Boyer Site Leader, to perform field start-ups or new or repaired equipment, diagnose issues and repair pumps and other products.
Primary Job Duties:
- Perform field start-ups to ensure equipment is operating at design conditions
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems of pumps or other products
- Perform diagnostic tests to detect issues and identify root causes
- Rebuild/repair various products as needed for warranties and restocking
- Tear down and assessment of various products
- Utilize Warranty Ticket System to manage Field Service Events
- Maintain detailed records/documents of all field and in-house work
- Communicate with internal departments to complete assigned work
- Assist with customer/rep training on products.
- Troubleshooting over the phone for pumps and equipment may be required.
- Work safely while maintaining 6s.

Pay Range: Commensurate based on experience.
Shift/hours: Normal operating hours are between 7 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Requirements:Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanically inclined
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Consistent work history
- Ability to collaborate within a team
- Positive communication skills
- Capability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
