What you need to know about the position:

• As an RN you are hired to Nursing Resources and will float to Med Surg, Cardiac or Med Surg SDU or ICU to care for patients similar or lower acuity.
• Schedule requirements:
  • Required to work at least 1 12 hour shift per pay period on Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights.
  • Night shift hours are 7pm-7:30am
• Our Staffing Reserve RNs are paid $60 per hour while also being eligible for Overtime, applicable shift differentials and Holiday/Sunday premium pay
• You are an employee of CRH but not eligible for benefits
• Additional Night shifts could be picked up outside of the 1 required once required shift is worked and based on needs of units

What is required for this position:

• Upon hire, you must have:
  • Associate of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Indiana License or a Multi-State Compact License as a Registered Nurse
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Some RN units may require Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire
• We are seeking at least 2 years of RN experience in the specific type of unit you are being considered for.

This position requires frequent standing, walking, talking and listening and lifting or moving more than 50 lbs.
