About This Position
Starting pay - $20.50, more if you have experience
Qualified Hurricane Shutter Installers Must:
- Have a clean and valid Florida Driver's license
- Have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE and be able to follow directions/instructions
- Be able to use critical thinking to solve problems
- Not be afraid of heights (40 ft. ladders, window scaffolding, plank scaffolding)
- Be able to read a tape measure
- Be able to lift more than 50 pounds while climbing a ladder
- Be safety minded
- Have a high work ethic
Qualified Hurricane Shutter Installers Should:
- Have Hand tool experience
- Have Power tool experience
- Be able to diagnose problems and come up with creative solutions
- Be reliable and have a desire to work hard
- Be self motivated with a passion for quality
- Should be familiar with outdoor installation environment
- Have the ability and willingness to work with a with a partner
- Be presentable, speak clearly, and have good people skills
