Surrogacy Recruitment Agent (Remote / Commission-Based) at Y-Planet, Inc – Los Angeles, California

Location: Remote (Preferred: California, Texas, Arizona, Nevada)
Job Type: Part-time / Independent Contractor / Commission Only
Compensation: $1,000 – $3,000 per successful referral + bonuses

LifeBridge Surrogacy is a compassionate, female-owned agency partnered with top IVF clinics across the United States. We provide dedicated support to intended parents and surrogates through every step of the journey. We are expanding our recruitment team and seeking motivated individuals to help us identify and refer qualified surrogate candidates.

• Identify and refer potential gestational carriers (surrogate mothers)

• Educate prospective candidates about the surrogacy process (materials provided)

• Manage initial communication and application referrals

• Maintain accurate records of referrals and progress

• Build and grow your network through community engagement, online outreach, or personal contacts

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Familiarity with maternal health, fertility, or women’s wellness (preferred, not required)

• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

• Comfortable using email, messaging apps, and social media for outreach

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

• $3,000 per surrogate match from California

• $2,000 per match from Texas, Nevada, Arizona

• $1,000 per match from all other states

• $500 bonus for every successful surrogate recruited by your referred agents

• No cap on referrals – the more you refer, the more you earn
