About This Position

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, logistics, and internal/external customer service.

Participate in scheduled meetings.

Manage resources, including staff, equipment, and materials.

· Budget adherence

· Balance efficiency and quality when planning workload

Comply with operational policies and procedures.

Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.

· Follow budget requirements.

Ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.

Company-wide safety.

Competently collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Prepare and present operational reports for management.

Adhere to the highest level of confidentiality.

Duties:

Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts

Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment

Implement receiving and picking procedures to ensure accurate counts, a clean work environment and reduce unnecessary spending due to lost equipment, inventory, or supplies.

Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Oversee picking and receiving processes, including quality checks and documentation.

Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and manage orders.

Responsible for ensuring quality of equipment

Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.

Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock turnover, and forecasting accuracy.

Administer the purchase requests of materials for business operations

Build and maintain vendor relationships

Manage studio staff

On call manager member

Responsible for fence inventory totals and organization

Utilize Biffs data management systems to ensure all required data is accurately captured real-time

Cross train in additional areas to serve as a back-up team member when needed

Provide Internal Customer Service and External Customer Service

Workload varies due to season and demand

Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar role.

Proficient with utilization of software and hardware technologies.

Excellent communication and leadership skills. Professional demeanor.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Familiarity with operational processes and best practices.

Time Management Skills to create quality work in an appropriate time frame to meet deadlines.

Organized.

Flexible.
