Responsibilities of Machine Operator:

Measures, centers, aligns and positions screens for proper operationExamines product for ink smears, position of design, print clarity, color accuracy or other defects and adjusts equipment accordinglyEnsures that the proper supplies are being used for printingMonitors automatic feeding systems for maximum outputPerforms preventive maintenance duties, such as daily cleaning and lubricatingMaintains effective working relationships with other associatesMaintains a clean and neat work areaPerforms duties safely and in accordance with company safety policies

Qualifications of Machine Operator:

At least 18 years of ageThe ability to read, write, and speak English clearlyComputer knowledgeMust be able to read and understand work instructions, perform basic math functions, and make adjustments to machines and toolsAny prior experience within manufacturing, machine operator, production associate, maintenance, technician, production, shipping, packaging, general labor, construction, landscaping, cleaning,Comfortable with frequent use of hands tools, and foot pedalsComfortable standing for long periods of time
