X-Ray Technologist (FT) - MG Orthopedics in Jersey City, New Jersey at RWJBarnabas Health

Job Overview:

RWJ Barnabas Health is looking for a Full-Time, Day Shift X-Ray Tech for our Orthopedics division based in Jersey City, but will have coverage for other locations in Livingston and Millburn as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Graduated from an accredited radiology program

Preferred:

• 1 year of relevant work experience
• Additional knowledge of leg length series is a plus
• EPIC knowledge is a plus
• Experience with non-weightbearing patients/stretcher patients is a plus

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• Must be registered through The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists® (ARRT) in radiography
• Must hold a NJ state license as a Diagnostic Radiologic technologist

Scheduling Requirements:

• 40 hours/week; Day shift
• Full Time

Essential Functions:

• Xray tech needed for multispecialty orthopedic practice, 8-12 providers, 5-6 physician assistants,

• >40 xrays per day, multiple views for Sports Medicine, Trauma and Joint Replacement, Upper Ext, Lower Ext, and Spine
