Commercial Sheet Metal Superintendent - TAMPA, FL (Roofing) at THE ROOF DEPOT LLC – Tampa, Florida

Primary location of position is Tampa, Florida. Residence in Tampa or the surrounding areas is preferred. The Roof Depot's Sanford, Florida office will oversee this position.

The Roof Depot is actively seeking an experienced Commercial Sheet Metal Superintendent in the Commercial Roofing industry. In this role, you will oversee and manage the installation of sheet metal and standing seam metal systems for commercial roofing projects in Tampa, FL. Your primary objective will be ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards. You'll coordinate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to facilitate a smooth workflow and efficient execution. Additionally, you will manage and supervise a team of sheet metal workers, providing guidance and support throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Exceptionally Strong knowledge of sheet metal systems, materials and installation techniques
• 5+ years of experience in commercial sheet metal installation and supervision.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing projects of all types is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a Sheet Metal Superintendent in the Tampa, FL area.
• Experience with commercial roofing projects in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Certifications in sheet metal installation or related field.

Responsibilities:
