Job Title: Prep Cook

Our restaurant is seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our team. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients and assisting the kitchen team in creating delicious pizzas for our customers. The ideal candidate should have daytime and weekend availability, as well as prior experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients for pizza making, including chopping vegetables, grating cheese, and preparing dough

- Assist the kitchen team in creating pizzas according to our recipes and standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of orders

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Prep Cook or similar role

- Ability to work daytime and weekend shifts
