• Front Desk $15.99 (currently hiring this shift: Monday - Friday 5:15 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.)
• Lifeguard $17.06
• Head Lifeguard $18.12
• Water Safety Instructor $17.60
• Pool Manager $19.19


Desired applicants must be 15 years of age and older, able to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends. Applicants are eligible to work up to 28 hours per week.

Applicants should demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Lifeguard, Head Lifeguard, and Water Safety Instructor requires American Red Cross lifeguard certification. Applicants can apply without the certification. Job offer is contingent based on successful completion of the certificate. If hired, the City of Sioux Falls will reimburse the cost of certification.
