What you'll do

• Responsible for sales accounts and directly driving business value-add
• Work with customers to identify needs & match SMS digital standard products or custom AI solutions to provide direct return
• Present SMS value-add solutions to customers as part of the sales activities
• Develop technical & commercial offers for sales projects
• Develop project cost estimates based on the technical solutions, with respect to direct sales, SaaS, and/or Performance based models.
• Identify, lead, and manage sales account goals through project realization, while developing relationships throughout implementation & service phases.
• Interface and communicate with individuals and units within or outside of the engineering department as well as with customers and partners, with responsibility for providing solutions on technical and project-related matters.
• Promote the continuous development of sales and engineering team
• Supervision received is mostly administrative, with direction given in terms of broad general objectives and limits.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

What you’ll need

• Minimum of a degree in Engineering, Computer/Data Science related fields
• 3-10 years’ of combined experience within digital or automation and sales roles in metals or similar industries
