Pay Range: $50,000–$55,000 annually
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM | Saturday, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM

Tresco, Inc. is seeking a qualified and dedicated Assistant Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the WSMR Commissary contract in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Tresco policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. This role ensures quality service delivery, compliance with contract specifications, and effective supervision of commissary staff.
Key Responsibilities:Provide direct supervision and mentoring to commissary staff, ensuring high performance and employee development.
Evaluate staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and build cohesive team dynamics.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, including quality control of services and documentation.
Oversee movement of merchandise from storage to sales floor, ensuring proper rotation and shelf placement.
Supervise shelf stocking, fronting of merchandise, and removal of packaging materials.
Ensure proper handling and return of overstock items to designated areas.
Track and report nightly stocking output for clients.
Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment in line with OSHA and company safety standards.
Education & Experience (One of the following is required):
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, plus four (4) years of experience in custodial operations and grocery store shelf stocking, with two (2) years in a supervisory role.
Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field, plus six (6) years of progressive experience in custodial and grocery store operations, with three (3) years of supervisory experience.
Eight (8) years of relevant experience with supervisory responsibilities.
Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English fluently.
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to manage team dynamics and employee relations effectively.
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Forklift certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
Valid driver’s license.
Background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check required.
Must meet requirements for access to federal installation (NCIC clearance).
