Key Responsibilities
- Operationalize building a world class team.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offers and onboarding.
- Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Own Candidate experience and coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Help with onboarding tasks, including preparing offer letters, managing background checks, and assisting new hires with their onboarding process.
Required Skill Sets
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and new tasks.
- Ability to influence hiring processes and decisions using data.

- Previous experience in a startup environment or high-growth company.
- Experience partnering closely with executives.
- Familiarity with technical recruiting in industries such as semiconductors, electronics, or AI.
