As a FOH Shift Lead, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping the front-of-house running smoothly. You’ll lead and motivate the team, deliver excellent customer service, and make sure everything stays clean, organized, and efficient.

This role is a perfect mix of leadership and teamwork: you’ll support your crew, handle day-to-day operations, and act as the bridge between management and staff. From opening and closing procedures to customer care, inventory, and scheduling—you’ll help keep the energy positive and the service seamless.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience, ideally in a leadership role

• Strong communication and people skills

• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems

• Flexible availability (weekends and holidays included)

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced food service environment

• Food safety or hospitality certification

• Lead and supervise FOH staff during shifts

• Delegate tasks, manage schedules, and keep the team motivated

• Deliver top-notch guest service and resolve issues quickly

• Handle opening/closing duties, cash handling and paperwork

• Leadership & Communication: Inspire your team and connect with customers

• Problem-Solving: Stay cool and handle challenges as they come

• Operational Know-How: Confident with POS, cash handling, scheduling, and inventory

• Food Safety Awareness: Keep the workplace safe and clean for everyone
