Job Title: FASA/BASA Fire Alarm Technician Orlando FL/Melbourne FL

Job Type: 1099 Contractor (Part-Time or Full-Time Available)

Location: Melbourne, FL (Additional work available across Florida)

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified FASA/BASA Fire Alarm Technician to perform fire alarm inspections at schools in the Melbourne, FL area. We’re looking for someone reliable who can start as soon as possible.

These inspections are quick and straightforward. You’ll be guided onsite by the school’s maintenance staff, who will provide access to the required areas.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 2 schools per day, scheduled through August/September Once those are completed you will switch over to commercial inspections in Orlando and other parts of Florida.

• Pay:

  • $150 per Elementary School

  • $225 per Middle School
    (Efficient techs can earn $60/hour or more)

• Flexible Schedule: Work part-time or full-time based on your availability

• Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

• Start Date: ASAP

Additional Opportunities:
After completing these inspections, additional work is available throughout the Orlando area and other regions in Florida.

Qualifications:

• Current FASA/BASA Certification (Required)

• Experience in fire alarm inspections

• Dependable, with strong communication and time management skills

• Ability to work independently
