MAIN PURPOSE:

Ensure proper receipt and dispatch of all materials and maintain efficient Inventory control

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to perform, supervise and delegate the following:
• Inventory job set up, monitoring and closure
• Inventory quantity adjustments
• Maintain inventory accuracy by performing physical and cycle counts
• Identify requirements for inventory replenishment through min/max reports
• Prepare materials and paperwork for shipment
• Pull material from inventory and stage for Work in Progress
• Identify incoming materials against purchase orders
• Place material in physical inventory
• Receive and issue all parts into jobs
• Load/Unload all incoming/outgoing materials
• Coordinate daily delivery and pick up routine
• Interact with all departments

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Good communication skills.
• Prior supervisory experience
• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Ability to efficiently manage time and meet all deadlines
• Read, write and speak English
• Self-motivated
• Problem solving skills
• Good housekeeping skills
