Quincy Exact Solutions is looking for a Plant Manager to lead our 285,000 sq. ft. contract packaging and 3PL warehouse facility located in Pontiac, IL—just off I-55 and within driving distance of Bloomington-Normal, Peoria, and the south suburbs of Chicago. We’re looking for an experienced and accomplished warehouse manager that is an accomplished leader of teams and processes. This isn’t just another Plant Manager role. It’s an opportunity to lead and scale a team and B2B operation—with the backing and support of a trusted and established organization. You’ll call the shots on all aspect of operations, team building, and growth—while being supported by centralized functions like Accounting, HR, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the safety, productivity, and efficiency of our team members and operations
• Engage with Executing Leadership team on strategy and growth plans for the business
• Ensure that the facility meets or exceeds safety, housekeeping, and maintenance standards.
• Develop metrics and analyses for productivity, gross margin, inventory management, and profitability.
• Daily management of the plant leadership team, labor force, maintenance organization, and administrative team.
• Administer annual performance and compensation reviews reflective of company and associate performance.
• Work closely and effectively with other centralized business support functions.
• Foster outstanding internal and external customer service excellence.
• Develop and support strong working relationships with other functional leaders within the Quincy enterprise.

Position Requirements:

• Leadership Experience in 3PL Warehouse Management.
• Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Software (WMS) solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of experience in an operational leadership role.

• Individual initiative, coupled with a competitive drive and the ability to focus on long-term repeatable initiatives

• The Plant Manager position is full-time and based in Pontiac, IL., where the successful candidate will be required to live within 30 miles of the facility. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
