About the Role:

The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations within the facility, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in plant management or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing principles and process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Experience with injection molding processes and assembly plant operations.
• Certification in Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
