Lake Regional Health System is seeking a dedicated, professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg team to provide personalized, high-quality care. Our Med/Surg is different! This unit receives a high level of patient satisfaction due to their dedicated and engaged staff.

Our Med/Surg Registered Nurses are asked to share their voice through a Unit-Based Council. The leadership of this unit is energized and employee-centric. Staff are active participants in performance improvement discussions with leadership working as a unit to improve the overall experience.

An annual influenza vaccination is required.
