Transfer Center Clerical Student Worker at Saint Xavier University – Chicago, Illinois

Student Worker will assist various tasks for the Transfer Student Services Center.

• Enter transcripts for incoming freshman & transfer students
• Follow up on transfer advising appointments. This entails emailing, calling students for registration assistance.
• Proofread transfer guides
• File organization (go through files to determine which records should be scanned).
• Assist with ROAR orientation (if needed)
• TAU SIGMA & PEER MENTOR assistance

MUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY

Must be Federal Work Study Eligible

Must Include a Resume and Cover Letter

• Student needs to be reliable and on time for assigned work hours.
• Student needs to have strong work ethic.
• Student needs to be detailed oriented.

Student will work no more than 10 hours/work week.
