About This Position

Position Description:

South Carolina PRTF is a psychiatric residential treatment facility dedicated to providing structured, therapeutic care for adolescents who require intensive behavioral health support. Operating with 24 beds, the facility offers a safe, trauma-informed environment designed to stabilize, treat, and strengthen youth through individualized, evidence-based programming. Our clinical and direct care teams support adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric challenges, helping them build skills, resilience, and long-term stability.

Are you a proven leader passionate about making a meaningful impact in behavioral healthcare? As a Program Administrator at our South Carolina PRTF, youll oversee the overall operations of the programensuring quality services, financial stability, and alignment with both company and client expectations. Youll provide strategic leadership, develop and support staff, and foster strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners, all while keeping the needs of our patients at the center of every decision. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine administrative leadership with the potential to provide assessments and treatment services consistent with your education, training, and licensureallowing you to influence both program performance and clinical outcomes in a meaningful way.

What Youll Do

Provide leadership for the program by setting goals, establishing objectives, and ensuring operational excellence. Direct and evaluate all program functions, including staffing, training, and performance management. Build strong client relationships and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Develop, interpret, and enforce policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Ensure program health, safety, and security standards are met for patients, employees, and property. Oversee fiscal management, including budget planning, monitoring, and financial performance. Conduct assessments and deliver treatment services, when applicable, based on education and licensure. Drive continuous improvement to benefit the company, community, and patients. What Were Looking For

Education & Training

Bachelors degree in mental health, healthcare administration, or related discipline (required) Masters or doctoral degree (Ph.D./Psy.D.) in psychology, social work, or administrative discipline (preferred) Experience

3+ years in a management role, ideally with experience serving individuals with mental health diagnoses (preferred) Licensure/Certifications

State psychologist license (unless required by client or contract, its preferred) Why Join Us?
