HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE? As the Assistant Community Manager, YOU will be the heartbeat of daily property operations. You’ll provide on-site support to the Community Manager across rental activities, office operations, and resident relations — ensuring residents feel welcomed, supported, and proud to call our communities home.

In this role, you may also take on supervisory responsibilities for specific tasks, contributing to smooth, efficient, and customer-centered property management.

WHO YOU ARE You are professional, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced property management environment. You enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping residents feel at home. You’re also comfortable handling multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy, great communication, and outstanding service.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES Education / Background Minimum one year of verifiable property management experience in Arizona, preferably in a supervisory or management support role.

Strong sales, administrative, and customer service skills.

Language Skills Ability to read and understand basic instructions, correspondence, and memos.

Ability to write simple correspondence.

Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.

Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability Ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions.

Ability to solve routine problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
