We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant who will not only provide invaluable support to our leadership team, but also anticipate their needs, ensuring that they can focus on making their greatest contributions to the team.

Some of the exciting responsibilities that come with this role include:

  • Proactively reaching out to customers to coordinate inspections and tasks.
  • Handling incoming phone calls and inquiries efficiently.
  • Confirming timelines and schedules with subcontractors and material suppliers.
  • Attending weekly meetings on operations and safety.
  • Displaying exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Managing daily project documentation.
  • Updating job tracking software.
  • Uploading photos, documents, and notes to electronic job logs.
