We are seeking a strategic and experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead the development and execution of our total rewards programs. This role will be instrumental in aligning our global total rewards structure—including grade architecture, compensation bands, bonus frameworks, and benefits offerings—across all regions and countries, while respecting local market nuances. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and brings strong analytical and influence skills. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design, implement, and maintain best-in-class compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

- Ensure consistency while accounting for local market practices and legal requirements.
- Create consistent compensation guidelines, suitable for each location and current legislation
- Develop a sustainable global compensation strategy for further growth and come up with appropriate (and innovative)market specific initiatives
- Lead and execute all global compensation projects (e.g. Global salary frameworks, performance-based increases, secondary benefits, pension and many, many more)
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses to inform recommendations on base pay, variable pay, and other monetary programs.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and leaders to advise on compensation decisions, job leveling, and market adjustments.
- Partner with external vendors and brokers to ensure cost-effective and employee-centric benefits offerings.
- Support audits, reporting, and documentation requirements.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …
- 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a multinational or post-merger context.
- Prior experience with M&A integration projects in the Total Rewards space.
- Experience managing global benefits programs and working with regional stakeholders.
- Skilled in working with external vendors, consultants, and brokers to implement and optimize programs.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and presentation skills; proficiency with Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT…
