Roles We Often Recruit For:

• Front Desk & Customer Service
  Greet climbers, manage bookings, and keep things running smoothly.

• Climbing Instructors & Coaches
  Run group sessions, teach beginner techniques, and support climbers of all ages.

• Floor Staff
  Supervise climbing areas, uphold safety standards, and engage with the community.

• Café & Hospitality Crew
  Keep the good vibes flowing with great coffee, snacks, and customer care.

• Event & Party Hosts
  Help us run unforgettable birthday parties and community events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Commitment to inclusivity and safety

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

• Experience in climbing, coaching, customer service, or hospitality is highly desirable.
