Salon Matters Representative Summary

We are currently seeking a Part- Time Salon Matters Representative for our corporate office in Joliet. The Candidate must be available Monday through Friday 9:30 am-2:30 pm. The position assists guests and salon consultants via telephone with orders, new accounts, back orders, rebate programs, and maintaining current accounts. Explains and processes customer complaints and overall customer service. Filing, multi-tasking, and computer data entry, are some of the tasks required of the position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists customers with their orders by being knowledgeable of all products, promotions, and educational events to answer any questions and inputs orders directly into the computer.

Sales support for Salon Consultants, i.e. orders, mailings, and reports.

Answers customer questions, investigates and corrects errors by following customer and establishment guidelines.

Maintenance of customer accounts by updating notes, credit card information, etc.

Processing back orders for customers.

Distribute email orders and/or input email orders.

Issues call tags and performs necessary follow-up to ensure proper customer credit.
