Responsibilities:

- Sell new and used vehicles to customers

- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients

- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

- Conduct test drives with customers

- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers

- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently

- Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in products.

- Ability to resolve all disputes and difficulties with professionalism and composure.

- Basic computer skills.

- Be able to study and pass the Sales Mastery Exam through the state of Colorado.
