Press Set-Up/Operator - 2nd / 3rd Shift at Wisconsin Metal Parts LLC – Waukesha, Wisconsin

We are looking for a full time Press Set-Up/Operator to join our growing team! This position will be focused on setting-up, operating, troubleshooting metal stamping presses ranging from 30 ton - 200 tons, primarily running progressive dies.

Ideal candidates have strong work history, some prior manufacturing experience, and experience or exposure to metal stamping operations is preferred, but not necessarily required.

• At least 6 months year prior manufacturing experience; experience in operating metal stamping presses strongly preferred, but not necessarily required.
• Will consider candidates with other trades or mechanical backgrounds who are looking to shift careers
• Some experience using/reading basic hand measuring tools (micrometers, gauges, calipers) required
• Desire to advance to a higher level of skill in set-ups
• Self-motivated, hands on, natural team player
• Detail orientated, with a production and quality mindset
• Ability to lift raw material or finished goods up to 35 pounds
• Able to stand for up to 8-10 hours per day with minimal break periods, and sit or walk as needed
